I am a very busy mum who works full-time and found I was not being successful in allocating any time for me.
I saw the Zen Yoga Busy Mums 6 Week Challenge advertised on Instagram and it immediately appealed to me. I spoke to Antoinette and she explained that the programme consisted of 30 minute yoga classes and 10 minutes meditation 5 days a week and I could do this from the comfort of my own home at a time that suited me.
On the first day of the challenge I couldn’t wait to get started! The classes were excellent with great variety and the right amount of. Without becoming obsessive about what I ate, I found myself consciously reaching for healthier food choices. After the 6 weeks were up I had reached my goals! I had created extra time for myself, the benefit of daily yoga really helped and I could see a noticeable difference in my clothes. I am delighted to be able to stay on a monthly subscription so I can continue my journey.
Antoinette has created something very special; she is very positive and encouraging and will do all that she can to support you achieving your goals. I have nothing but great things to say about this program, it has given back a piece of me that was missing.
