All levels and ages are welcome.
Class sequencing inspirations come from Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga.
Classes incorporate mindfulness, breath awareness and meditation to help to support and empower each individual.
You will learn techniques that you can take with you and practice at home.
Antoinette’s teaching style is dynamic, with a flowing moving meditation. There is a focus on attention to form, integration of the breath and cultivation of awareness where you will come away feeling stronger and more energised.
Antoinette encourages a deep and focused practice in class. Attention is directed to building core strength and proper alignment while at the same time, cultivating and sustaining an inner calm.
Zen Yoga Classes run via a streaming live system which you can attend from the comfort of your home. You can show up 5 minutes before class, chat with others who are “virtually” beside you on the mat, and then practice as normal.
