Antoinette is the Founder and Director of Zen Yoga.
Antoinette’s background is in marketing and teaching. She lived away for 9 years in Japan, Australia and South East Asia. While starting her travels in 1998, she spent a few weeks in the paradise Perhensian Island of Malaysia where she was first introduced to yoga and mindfulness where a yogi guru gave sunrise classes daily on the beach.
It quickly became an integral part of her daily life and it was through this practice that Antoinette experienced the incredibly transformative power of yoga and mindfulness. In addition to health and fitness benefits, yoga and mindfulness helped her find balance and tranquility in her everyday life.
Antoinette has recently created Zen Yoga app which includes a transformative ‘6 Week Body & Mind Strengthening Challenge’ for Busy Mums. As a Busy Mum, Antoinette understands too well about the demands, pressures and how we can neglect our own needs in the process. As a result, she wanted to help Mums like herself… and so, Zen Yoga app was born and she has created a yoga and meditation challenge for Busy Mums to empower and strengthen the body and mind and reawaken confidence on all levels!

Antoinette is a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) with the International Yoga Alliance, as well as a qualified Pregnancy Yoga and Post Natal Yoga Instructor and is fully insured.
It is Antoinette’s hope to share the truly wonderful and unique benefits that yoga can bring to anyone who wants to practice and to encourage people from all stages of life to practice yoga without feeling intimidated.
Antoinette is also a Certified Reiki Master, certified Magnified Healer and a Light Healing practitioner.
