Antoinette started off practising Iyengar yoga in 1998 where it quickly became an integral part of her daily life.  It was through this practice that Antoinette experienced the incredibly transformative power of yoga.  In addition to health & fitness benefits, yoga helped her find balance & tranquility in her everyday life


Antoinette is a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) with the International Yoga Alliance, as well as a qualified Pregnancy Yoga & Post Natal Yoga Instructor & is fully insured.  Class sequencing inspirations come from Iyengar, Hatha & Ashtanga yoga lineages


The classes are dynamic and flowing with a focus on the breath as well as cultivating awareness where you will come away feeling stronger & energised

It is Antoinette's hope to share the truly wonderful & unique benefits that yoga can bring to anyone who wants to practise & to encourage people from all stages of life to practise yoga without feeling intimidated
